My shares in Slipper Island are no longer for sale at this point in time.

The refusal by company management to supply documentation relative to the pending sale as requested and allowable under the NZ Companies Act, misleading information received, issues regarding the operation of the island and company, threats about this website and other important matters have led to this decision.

I am currently receiving advice on the next steps that need to be taken to sort out my position.

My shareholding in Slipper Island consists of the following:

A 7.1% share in the Island (equates to approx 40 acres), lodge, chalets, income, house, buildings, plant, current development and any future development. This shareholding is held with shares in the private company Slipper Island Resort Ltd.

The sale also includes the slipperisland.com domain name to the successful purchaser to set up their own website.

Negotiations and Due Diligence is continuing with a number of interested parties, with a decision likely to be made soon on the best option available for the sale of my shareholding to a third party.
