Slipper Island is currently managed by two of the companies directors.
Elizabeth Needham is the largest shareholder in the Island, a pilot for Air New Zealand and also owns a successful flying school in South Auckland – Ardmore Flying School
Gordon Needham is the 2nd largest shareholder and he too is a Air New Zealand pilot. Gordon also operates the farming and accommodation business on the island – Slipper Island Resort
